Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a hygienic atmosphere.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push and pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and engage in standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be comfortable working with cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions, executing daily repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
