Job Title: (Student) Student Athletic Center Asst – copy
Company: Davenport University
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $12 – 12.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $12.50 for the role of “(Student) Student Athletic Center Assistant” in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the pay scale for entry-level positions, especially in roles related to sports or recreation at college athletic centers. Nationally, similar positions might offer hourly rates closer to $13 to $15, depending on the specific responsibilities and the employer. Given the cost of living in Grand Rapids and the competitive nature of the job market, this pay rate may not be fully competitive, particularly for students who might seek part-time roles that also offer development opportunities and better compensation. Therefore, while the wage might be aligned with minimum wage standards, it is below the average for similar roles in the area.
