We are currently seeking a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of advanced marketing strategies, particularly digital marketing, to drive growth and enhance our brand presence. This role entails the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, team leadership, and alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business goals and drive market share growth within the medical consumables sector.
- Annual Marketing Plan Development: Create and implement an annual marketing plan, encompassing new product launches, dealer marketing, digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, advertising, and promotional strategies.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Employ cutting-edge digital marketing methods—including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, automated marketing, and data analytics—to optimize customer engagement, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a talented team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Provide guidance and training to ensure team members effectively execute marketing strategies.
- Tradeshow Oversight: Manage the Exhibits team in all aspects of tradeshow events, including event planning and strategy, logistics, budget management, marketing, promotion, and post-event analysis.
- Campaign Management: Supervise the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are data-driven, aligned with business objectives, and completed on time and within budget.
- Budget Management: Administer the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximum ROI, while providing regular financial updates and forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and successful product launches.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Utilize data insights for informed decision-making and continuous refinement of marketing efforts.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to maintain a leadership position in the market.
- Monthly Reporting: Present detailed reports to track the success of marketing plans, sales, and other key initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:
