Job Title: Merchandiser Team Lead

Company: Apollo Retail Specialists

Location: Toledo, OH

Pay: $15 – 21 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $21 for a “Merchandiser Team Lead” in Toledo, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum relative to industry standards, particularly for positions that involve leadership responsibilities and an understanding of product placement and inventory management. According to recent salary data, the average hourly wage for similar roles in the U.S. typically ranges from $20 to $30, with many positions in managerial capacities often exceeding this range, especially in larger markets. Given that cost of living in Toledo is generally lower than in major metropolitan areas, this rate might be somewhat competitive locally, but it may struggle to attract qualified candidates who are looking for more competitive compensation. Therefore, while it may meet basic expectations, it is likely insufficient to draw in highly skilled professionals.
