Key Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and provide therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care Post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identify and address safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you should possess:
- BLS Certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
- A valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hiring or transfer
- A high school diploma or GED
