What We Are Looking For:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients
- Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
- Performing routine laboratory tests and therapeutic services
- Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, including post-discharge self-care, holistic health needs, and available resources
- Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety and taking appropriate corrective action.
Qualifications:

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or transfer date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification prior to hire or transfer date
