Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items according to specified recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation is attractive and meets our established standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend additional preparation as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, service challenges, and other relevant issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a line cook is preferred, but not required.
