Application Hours: In-person applications are accepted from Monday to Friday, between 2 PM and 4 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the team and your designated area.
  • Ensure the kitchen remains sanitized and organized.
  • Clearly communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by exhibiting a "Team Attitude" and offering help as needed throughout the restaurant.
  • Prepare fresh ingredients at the beginning of each shift, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
  • Properly store all food and other items in alignment with safety standards.
  • Stock and restock supplies at the beginning and end of every shift.
  • Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Gain familiarity with all kitchen areas, including Stretch, Topping, Expo, Appetizer/Salad station, Dish room, and Prep Station.

Starting Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
