Job Title: Maintenance Lead Technician

Company: Charter Next Generation

Location: Jeromesville, OH

Pay: $26 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $26 for a Maintenance Lead Technician in Jeromesville, OH, appears to be competitive but may vary based on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific industry sector. According to industry standards, maintenance technicians typically earn between $20 and $30 per hour, depending on their skill level and the complexity of their responsibilities. In rural areas like Jeromesville, wages can be slightly lower compared to urban centers; however, this rate is reasonable and aligns well with the expected compensation for lead roles in maintenance. Overall, while the offer may be on the lower end for highly experienced technicians, it reflects the local market conditions and could be aligned with regional living costs.
