As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while playing a key role in ensuring safety and successful project execution. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to adhere to schedules and budgets, while also ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project materials. Your expertise will be essential in managing various installations, including coaxial and fiber optics, as well as boom, microwave dishes, antennas, and radio installations. Safety will always be your top priority as you follow proper procedures, conduct daily JSA/toolbox talks, and perform tasks such as climbing and rescues at heights exceeding 100 feet while carrying a 50-pound load.

At ADB, effective communication is paramount, both internally and with our clients. You will provide daily updates and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS, port diagrams, and tower/mount structural analyses will be crucial to the successful execution of projects. Additionally, you will take the lead in training and developing Tower Technicians and Tower Foremen in accordance with our Career Advancement Matrix (CAM).

You will work diligently in all weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold, humidity, and rain, while wearing the necessary safety equipment to protect yourself, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the wireless industry, with at least 2 years in a Tower Foreman position leading wireless crews. An OSHA30 certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is also necessary.

The starting pay for this position is $30 per hour, with potential variations based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
