As a Server at SSP America, you can anticipate the following responsibilities:

– Provide knowledgeable responses to guest inquiries and offer tailored suggestions regarding our food, beverage, and service offerings.
– Input orders accurately into the POS system to ensure seamless service.
– Prepare items for service, including ladling soup, tossing salads, cutting desserts, and brewing coffee.
– Observe and anticipate guest needs, responding promptly to additional requests.
– Clear dishes from tables efficiently.
– Balance and reconcile all assigned check transactions, including totaling bills and processing payments.
– Clear and reset tables or counters promptly at the conclusion of each dining course.
