What We Are Looking For:
In your role as an LPN at Trilogy, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to contribute to patient assessments
• Administering medications and monitoring patients to detect any adverse reactions
• Conducting routine lab tests and providing therapeutic services
• Educating patients and their families about disease management plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
• Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety and taking appropriate corrective actions

Qualifications:
We would love to speak with you if you possess the following qualifications:

• BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or job transfer
• Active Licensure as a Practical/Vocational Nurse prior to hire or job transfer
• High school diploma or GED
