What We Are Looking For:
In your role as an LPN at Trilogy, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to contribute to patient assessments
- Administering medications and monitoring patients to detect any adverse reactions
- Conducting routine lab tests and providing therapeutic services
- Educating patients and their families about disease management plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety and taking appropriate corrective actions
Qualifications:
We would love to speak with you if you possess the following qualifications:
- BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or job transfer
- Active Licensure as a Practical/Vocational Nurse prior to hire or job transfer
- High school diploma or GED
