Job Description
Job Title: Kitchen Worker – Part Time Harbor Light Complex
Company: The Salvation Army
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a part-time Kitchen Worker at the Harbor Light Complex in Cleveland, OH is slightly below the typical industry standards for similar roles in the area. As of 2023, many food service positions, particularly in urban regions like Cleveland, generally offer wages ranging from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific job requirements. While the rate may attract entry-level workers or those seeking part-time opportunities, it may not be competitive for experienced candidates or those with specialized skills, particularly in higher-cost living areas or establishments that emphasize quality. Overall, while it is in the acceptable range, it might benefit from a slight increase to better attract talent and align with market trends.
