What We’re Looking For:
Upon joining our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
- Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
- Conducting routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educating patients and their families about treatment plans, including post-discharge self-care, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identifying and addressing safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Qualifications:
We welcome candidates who possess:
- A BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer date
- A valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire or transfer date
- A high school diploma or GED
