Job Description
Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager
Company: Potbelly Sandwich Shop
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $22 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $22 for a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Columbus, OH, falls on the lower end of the pay scale for this position. According to various industry salary surveys and job postings, the typical hourly wage for an Assistant Manager in the restaurant sector ranges from approximately $15 to $30, with many in managerial roles earning around $25 or more per hour, particularly in urban areas with a higher cost of living. While $22 is competitive for entry-level or less experienced candidates, it may not attract those with significant experience or skills, as they may seek higher compensation that reflects their expertise and the demands of the role. Thus, to remain competitive in attracting qualified candidates, the offered rate might need reevaluation.
