Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
- Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, including post-discharge self-care, holistic health, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking corrective action as required
Qualifications:
We would love to hear from you if you possess the following qualifications:
- BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or transfer date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification obtained prior to hire or transfer date
- High school diploma or GED
