Job description:
The Line Cook plays a vital role within our culinary team, contributing to the delivery of an exceptional dining experience. This position entails the precise execution of dishes and recipes that create a craveable, Instagram-worthy, and memorable meal that keeps our guests eager to return.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
– Prepare dishes according to the specifications of the Chef/Sous Chefs for the assigned station.
– Execute all menu items for designated stations with proficiency.
– Demonstrate a thorough understanding of workplace safety and emergency protocols.
– Accurately read and interpret food tickets.
– Utilize standardized recipe cards and plating guides, fully recognizing their importance.
– Ensure that all food products consistently meet our high-quality standards, resulting in positive customer feedback.
– Maintain punctuality in the delivery of orders from the kitchen to the dining area.
– Complete all tasks assigned on a daily basis before departing and communicate with the Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef on duty regarding your departure.
– Uphold daily cleaning and organizational standards in both storage and production areas consistently throughout the day.
– Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment in accordance with Health Department and corporate standards.
– Assist fellow kitchen staff with cleaning, cooking, prepping, and receiving tasks as needed.
– Adhere to all health department sanitation requirements while performing duties.
– Execute any additional tasks with enthusiasm, dedication, and professionalism.
– Maintain effective communication with teammates and management.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
– Previous work experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining environment is preferred.
– Demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner when interacting with the public and coworkers.
– Ability to stand and maintain a well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours while sustaining a positive attitude.
– Flexibility to work varying hours is essential.
– Availability to work 8+ hours per day is required.
