Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Wayne, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Wayne, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar positions in the industry. According to data available as of 2023, rates for comparable roles in Michigan typically range from $15 to $22 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certification, and specific job responsibilities. While $15 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced candidates given the increasing demand for healthcare workers and the need for competitive compensation reflecting the responsibilities associated with this role. Therefore, the rate may require reevaluation to attract qualified applicants and retain staff effectively.
