WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a member of our team, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients
- Administer medications and monitor patients for potential adverse reactions
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and provide therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families on recommended treatment plans, including self-care, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identify safety hazards and respond appropriately to ensure resident safety
