Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Line Cook who is dedicated to preparing high-quality food that meets Perkins’ standards. Your culinary expertise will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests through your commitment to excellence in food preparation.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare menu items in accordance with designated recipes and quality standards.
– Ensure that food presentation meets our standards and looks appealing to guests.
– Monitor inventory levels and communicate when additional prep work is needed.
– Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, potential service issues, and other operational concerns.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area while adhering to appropriate food handling and sanitation practices.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

– Prior line cook experience is preferred but not mandatory.
