What We Require: Your Contributions Matter
We seek individuals who can:
- Operate a fork truck safely and efficiently
- Utilize the MVP (Maintenance Software System)
- Effectively troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance work
- Manage various types of extrusion, finishing, and recycling filters
- Proficiently use office software, particularly Excel
- Communicate clearly with production departments
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Track inventory levels and manage stocked materials
- Utilize company vehicles responsibly
- Be available for overtime when necessary
- Communicate via email and phone effectively, prioritizing tasks
- Collaborate with production shift supervisors

Compensation:

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The physical demands necessary for this role include the following:
- Regular standing for extended periods (up to 12 hours) on a cement manufacturing floor
- Frequent use of hands and arms for reaching and handling materials
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 65 pounds regularly
- Comfortably climbing stairs and working safely around hot surfaces and rotating equipment
- Frequent communication, including talking and listening
