Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents, from admission to discharge.
- Advocate for residents throughout all stages of care, ensuring exceptional service daily.
- Create personalized care plans for each resident based on careful observation and professional expertise.
- Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies, providing life-saving measures as needed, whether in the presence of a physician or not.
- Manage medication administration for residents and maintain thorough records of all care provided.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
- Hold a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
- Exhibit experience in nursing practice and familiarity with medical protocols.
- Have knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
