Key responsibilities of the Sales Associate position include:
– Welcoming every individual entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients during introductory sessions
– Managing telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care interactions at the front desk
– Conducting studio tours for walk-ins and first-time guests
– Collaborating with the fitness team to guide potential clients through their initial Orangetheory workout experience
– Meeting monthly sales targets by effectively selling memberships to support the studio’s success
– Onboarding new members through the completion of Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
– Following up with prospective clients via email and phone communication
– Addressing member inquiries and concerns professionally and objectively to ensure resolution
– Participating in Orangetheory classes and engaging in marketing and outreach events
– Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio by adhering to a daily cleaning checklist
