We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
As an IT Infrastructure Consultant, you will be responsible for managing escalated issues from our helpdesk team and providing advanced technical support to our esteemed clients. We are looking for a seasoned IT professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of technology and demonstrates a genuine commitment to service excellence. This individual must be proactive in delivering exceptional support, whether that involves addressing technical challenges or assisting colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage escalation tickets from the helpdesk.
- Address Tier 2 tickets, including but not limited to:
- Network Issues and Outages
- Backup and Disaster Recovery Review, Maintenance, and Deployment
- Security Solutions Review, Maintenance, and Deployment (MFA, A/V, SAT, SIEM)
- Business Application Support and Securing Third Party Support (POS, PMS)
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS edits
- Hotel Applications (Key/lock, Guest Internet/Cable, etc.)
- Financial and Accounting Applications
- Advanced Firewall Troubleshooting, including policies, traffic monitoring, and configuration
- Microsoft 365 and Entra (Azure) Administration, troubleshooting mail flow, mail rules, connectors, etc.
- Facilitate Client Onboarding.
- Engage in client communications, both remotely and in-person.
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support.
- At least 5 years of experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Firewall configuration/troubleshooting, and Switch configuration/troubleshooting (including VLANs).
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and equipment, including VLANs and switch configuration.
- Demonstrated experience in advanced firewall troubleshooting.
HR Information:
- Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
- This is a full-time, in-office position (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday).
- Limited local travel required (15%-25%), with a monthly fuel stipend.
- Occasional out-of-state travel (a few times a year).
