Job Title: Maintenance Lead Technician

Company: Charter Next Generation

Location: Butler, OH

Pay: $26 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $26 for a Maintenance Lead Technician in Butler, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. According to various salary data sources, maintenance technicians in Ohio typically earn between $15 to $30 per hour depending on experience and specific job responsibilities, with lead positions often commanding higher rates, typically ranging from $28 to $40 per hour or more. While local cost of living factors in Butler may influence wage levels, $26 may not be competitive for attracting skilled candidates, especially considering the potential for increased demand in industrial maintenance roles. Overall, this rate suggests a need for adjustment to align with industry standards and retain effective personnel.
