What We Need From You:
- Experience operating fork trucks
- Familiarity with the MVP (Maintenance Software System)
- Expertise in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of extrusion, finishing, and recycling filters
- Proficiency in office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with production teams
- Ability to maintain an organized and clean workspace
- Inventory management skills
- Capability to operate company vehicles
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Effective email and phone communication skills
- Competence in collaborating with production shift supervisors

Physical Work and Environment:
The physical demands required for this role include the ability to stand for extended periods on a production floor, repetitive lifting and moving of materials up to 65 pounds, climbing stairs, and working safely around heat and moving machinery. Team members must also possess the ability to communicate verbally and have specific vision capabilities to perform essential job functions, including close vision and depth perception. Exposure to seasonal temperature and humidity fluctuations, potentially reaching up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, is also anticipated.
