We are actively seeking candidates with outgoing and friendly personalities to fill our Banquet Server/Set-Up Attendant positions. In this role, you will be responsible for serving plated and buffet meals for various group events, including holiday buffets, weddings, corporate functions, and family reunions, taking place in our ballroom, lounge, and restaurant areas. As a team member, you will set up linens and skirting as outlined by the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and handle the setup and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment.

Your duties will also include providing beverages and snacks to meeting rooms and assisting with event set-up as needed. The schedule for this position is intermittent and aligned with group bookings, with open availability being prioritized. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and shifts may begin as early as 5 AM for breakfast services or extend until midnight for weddings and events. There may also be a need for split shifts at times.

Candidates must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 25 lbs, frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift and carry up to 75 lbs. The position requires physical stamina, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
