We are currently seeking caregivers for shifts available in Madison and Delaware County.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for the duration of your shifts.
  • Successful completion of a background screening, BMV report, and saliva drug test.
  • Candidates must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Note: Fingernails must be no longer than 1/4 inch from the fingertip for safety and hygiene purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Care Professional/Caregiver:

  • Provide companionship and engaging conversation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Offer incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands, and activities (current vehicle insurance required).
  • Assist with medication management and reminders.
  • Provide personal care services.
  • Support clients with Alzheimer’s care.

  • Reliability in fulfilling commitments.

Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $12.00 to $18.50 per hour, commensurate with hours worked each week: $12.00 – $13.50 per hour for 12 hours weekly, increasing to $17.00 – $18.50 for 36-40 hours per week.

Shift Availability:

  • Morning shifts: 8 AM – 12 Noon
  • Afternoon shifts: 1 PM – 5 PM and 1 PM – 10 PM
  • Evening shifts: 6 PM – 10 PM
  • Overnight shifts: 8 PM – 8 AM and 8 AM – 8 PM
