Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (ON CALL)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Canal Winchester, OH

Pay: $13 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 – $15 for a “FOOD SERVICE WORKER (ON CALL)” position in Canal Winchester, OH, is generally competitive, though it may vary based on experience and specific job responsibilities. As of 2023, food service workers in Ohio typically earn between $12 and $16 per hour, with some variation based on the employer, location, and benefits offered. Given the widespread labor shortages in the food and hospitality sector, this rate could attract candidates, particularly if paired with flexible scheduling and other incentives. Overall, while the offered rate is within industry standards, positioning could improve further if it were toward the higher end of the scale, especially for on-call positions that require availability and adaptability.
