Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking to hire a dedicated AM Line Cook for the Cleveland Marriott East, where our commitment to a People First culture translates into offering exceptional experiences for both our guests and associates.
As a key member of our culinary team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items in alignment with our production requirements and quality standards. This role requires a consistent delivery of exceptional cuisine across our diverse food and beverage outlets, including River City Grille, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as in-room dining options for our guests.
The AM Line Cook will utilize their culinary expertise to ensure that all food is prepared according to our established recipes and standards, while maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. Successful candidates will possess prior line cook experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, and exhibit a strong commitment to guest service. Open availability, including weekends, is essential for this position.
