Job Title: Retail Donation Attendant at Hamilton

Company:

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay: $12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12 for a Retail Donation Attendant position in Hamilton, OH, is generally below the average wage for similar roles in the retail and non-profit sectors, particularly in areas with rising living costs. As of 2023, the typical pay for such positions often ranges between $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience, specific job responsibilities, and the employer. Furthermore, considering Ohio’s minimum wage is $9.30, while Hamilton’s cost of living is moderate, the proposed rate might attract candidates but may not retain employees in a competitive job market. Therefore, this pay rate could be considered low, leading to potential challenges in recruiting and keeping quality staff.
