We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to become an integral member of our Project and Development Services (PDS) team, specifically focused on a Work Dynamics Financial Services account.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction project management team as we tackle challenging projects for a financial services client. Your forward-thinking mindset and proactive approach to adopting new technologies will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to project success. Your enthusiasm for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion will enable you to assist your team in delivering innovative and impactful industry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

– Facilitate communication among team members, project stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring timely updates and transparency regarding project developments.
– Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including requirements, reports, and progress updates, ensuring accessibility for all team members.
– Monitor vendor agreements to ensure compliance with fee structures and processes.
– Review and process project budgets, vendor proposals, change orders, and invoices within the financial system.
– Assist vendors and clients with inquiries related to Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Invoicing.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery and overall operations.
– Collaborate with operations to create presentations, training materials, playbooks, guides, and other project deliverables while leveraging project management tools and technology.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

– A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred.
– 0 – 2 years of practical experience; previous experience in accounting, construction, or real estate is advantageous but not essential.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with exceptional customer service and presentation abilities.
– Capability to think independently, exhibit initiative, and collaborate effectively across various projects to meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.
– A genuine interest in the commercial real estate industry, property management, and gaining comprehensive experience in various facets of Commercial Real Estate.
– A detail-oriented, organized, and creative mindset, complemented by a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
