We currently have midnight shifts available from 10 PM to 6 AM. All new hires start in the caregiver role, with opportunities for training as a Medication Technician in the future.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, which may include light housekeeping tasks.
• Adhering to all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
• Monitoring and assessing for changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating concerns to a supervisor.
• Administering medications and injections to residents in accordance with medical charts.
• Following scheduled routines and assisting residents with repositioning.
• Documenting medications as per established procedures.
• Utilizing sound judgment to ensure client care and safety.
• Collaborating with team members to support their duties.
• Completing all required documentation and charting.
• Responding to call lights and assessing residents’ needs.
• Assisting with meal service and supporting residents during meals.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
