AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate translating to an annual salary range of approximately $44,000 to $75,000 for a “Sales and Training Manager – Membership” role in Southfield, MI, falls within a competitive spectrum, especially considering the local cost of living and industry standards. Typically, sales and training managers in similar sectors might earn between $50,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on experience and company size, which makes this range somewhat lower, particularly at the high end. However, factors such as the specific industry niche and the organization’s market position can influence salary expectations. Overall, while the lower end may be on the more competitive side for entry-level or less experienced candidates, the upper end of the scale could benefit from further alignment with broader industry norms to attract more seasoned professionals.
