Job description:
We are seeking a qualified Data Entry/Front Desk Clerk to join our team as an Order Processor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, receiving orders through phone, web, and email, accurately entering order information, monitoring emails to address customer inquiries, creating customer profiles, and inputting credit card or check details into our computer system. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Ideal candidates will possess prior data entry experience, be proficient in computer usage, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail is essential, and candidates must complete a typing and data entry assessment as part of the application process. Only individuals who successfully pass a background check will be considered for this position.
