Job Position Description:
This role is essential for ensuring a clean and healthy medical environment within our facilities. Key responsibilities include maintaining hygiene across various areas, including exam rooms, lobbies, break rooms, bathrooms, and other non-surgical procedure spaces. Working hours are five days a week for a maximum of 4.5 hours per day, from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with compensation set at $15 per hour.

Additional Duties May Include:

• Executing all cleaning responsibilities using ServiceMaster products, tools, and prescribed procedures.
• Performing tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, cleaning windows, and rearranging chairs and wheeled equipment.
• Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) where necessary.
• Cleaning kitchen and break room areas, lobbies, hallways, exam rooms, offices, and bathrooms.
• Placing safety hazard signs, including “wet floor” warnings, as required.
• While 0–1 year of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is preferred, it is not mandatory.
• On-the-job training will be provided for individuals demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in a professional janitorial setting, such as an office complex, hotel, hospital, or school, is advantageous.
• Flexibility, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective multi-tasking skills are essential.
• Fostering a positive work atmosphere through a pleasant attitude, punctuality, and teamwork, including maintaining a professional appearance in uniform.
• Demonstrating respect and understanding towards colleagues and customers.
• Proficiency in English communication is required.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant physical activity is required, including standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead or forward. The ability to lift and/or carry weights of up to 25 lbs is necessary.
