Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Bartending Assistants to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. In the role of Bartender Assistant, your contributions will be pivotal to our team’s success, as you will be responsible for tracking and stocking inventory, delivering beverages, and ensuring exceptional guest service while supporting your teammates.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility.
– Stock inventory in beverage storage and maintain appropriate supply levels.
– Report necessary equipment repairs to the supervisor.
– Keep work area and equipment clean and organized.
– Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in dumpsters as needed.

Qualifications:
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– No prior experience or diploma is required.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others.
– Basic math skills for inventory management.

Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift, move, or maneuver items weighing up to 70 pounds.
– Capability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility.
– Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching during shifts.

Shift Details:
– Events-based scheduling
– Availability on holidays and weekends
