Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant for our location in Southfield, MI, at Fox Southfield. This role plays a crucial part in advancing our vision, "Working together to move people throughout life," by fostering trust with our customers and establishing enduring relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant serves in a vital capacity to deliver exceptional purchasing experiences. In this position, you will engage with customers, provide personalized consultations, and utilize dealership systems for follow-ups, all while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. Fox Motors is interested in candidates who are competitive, career-oriented, and possess a desire to innovate within a dynamic sales environment. Prior experience in automotive sales is not required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality are encouraged to apply. We offer comprehensive training for the first 60 days in this full-time position.

Key responsibilities encompass the following, with additional tasks assigned as necessary:

  • Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Stay informed about the latest product updates to ensure a strong understanding of vehicle specifications.
  • Provide customers with detailed information regarding vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and other specifications.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations highlighting vehicle features.
  • Utilize dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-ups to develop and maintain a robust client database.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of vehicle values, equity, financing options, and Fox programs.
  • Adhere to Fox procedures during vehicle delivery.
  • Familiarize customers with various dealership amenities.
  • Assist in preparing the showroom to ensure a diverse selection of vehicles is available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers.
