Job description:

The Member Services Representative will play a vital role in fostering a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk operations, which include:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and addressing a variety of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system efficiently.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Updating member accounts as needed.
    • Responding promptly and professionally to member inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
