Responsibilities:
– Ensure that all residents’ rooms and communal areas are clean and well-maintained.
– Respect residents’ privacy when requested.
– Promptly report any unsafe conditions (e.g., frayed electrical cords, broken furniture, torn rugs).
– Utilize safety equipment when necessary (e.g., gloves or goggles for cleaning chemical or bodily fluid spills).

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED.
– A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
– A genuine desire to assist others and collaborate with a team.
