Responsibilities:
As an RN at Trilogy, you will:
- Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents from admission to discharge.
- Advocate for residents at every stage of their care, consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident based on your observations and expertise.
- Respond swiftly and calmly in emergency situations, taking proactive measures to ensure the wellbeing of residents, with or without physician oversight.
- Manage medications for your residents, maintaining meticulous records of all care provided.
Qualifications:

- A valid RN state license and CPR certification
