AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a Dietary Aide in Lansing, MI, is generally considered slightly below the industry standard. According to various sources, including job boards and local wage surveys, the average hourly wage for Dietary Aides in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $18, with some positions in skilled nursing facilities or hospitals offering higher pay depending on experience and responsibilities. While $15 may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract more experienced candidates or meet the expectations of those familiar with regional pay scales, especially considering the rising cost of living and the demand for healthcare roles.
