Smiling from Open to Close (Pay Rate $16.75 per hour)
Wednesday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, you will need the following skills to create a lasting impression on our team:

  • Exhibit reliability and precision in managing financial information, performing insurance verifications, and preparing end-of-day reports, ensuring our patients remain worry-free.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as sorting, opening and distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information to callers, greeting visitors/patients, and efficiently scheduling, verifying, and confirming patient appointments.
  • Communicate procedures and services clearly to patients while leveraging your dental knowledge.
  • Present financial policies and arrangements to patients, collecting co-payments and verifying insurance coverage as necessary.
  • Monitor appointments for no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
  • A background of 1-5 years in customer service, insurance, or dental fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to learn new software as needed.
