AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for an “In Home Caregiver” in Carroll, OH, is generally considered below the national average for this role. As of 2023, caregiver wages can range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. In this context, the offered rate may not be competitive, potentially making it challenging for employers in Carroll to attract and retain qualified caregivers, especially as demand for these services continues to grow.
