Responsibilities as a Caregiver:

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and empathetic caregiving
  • Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide personal care services, including support with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence management

Requirements:

  • A minimum of six months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family), or certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Willingness and ability to work at least two shifts per week with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care and strong relationship-building
  • Basic English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
  • Completion of any necessary compliance, licensure, or registration requirements
  • Ability to use the Honor Care Pro Mobile App on a compatible device with the latest version of iOS or Android
