YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate daily logistics activities to guarantee the smooth and effective operation of your designated area. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and you will receive a competitive hourly wage of $25.50, paid weekly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide recommendations for enhancing operations and processes.
  • Operate material handling equipment proficiently.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Associates.
  • Cultivate an inclusive culture within a diverse workforce, ensuring all associates feel valued, included, and safe.
  • Assist in developing processes that promote the efficient operation and utilization of all warehouse equipment.
  • Implement safety protocols to protect personnel, equipment, and property.
  • Supervise the warehouse housekeeping program.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure timely picking and shipping of customer orders.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations.
  • Be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts, including sit-down and reach types.
  • Basic technical and mathematical skills.
