Job Title: Caregiver for Saline Area

Company: Home Helpers

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Pay: $15 – 17.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17.50 for the role of “Caregiver for Saline Area” in Farmington Hills, MI, appears to be at the lower end of the spectrum for similar positions within the caregiving industry. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, with higher rates seen in urban areas and for positions requiring specialized skills or certifications. Considering cost of living factors and the responsibilities associated with caregiving, this pay range is somewhat competitive but may not fully reflect the demands of the role or attract skilled candidates, especially in a tighter labor market. Therefore, while the offer is within the general range for the industry, it may need adjustment to enhance its competitiveness and to ensure alignment with local labor expectations.
