Job Title: Lansing Overnight Caregiver

Company: Home Instead Senior Care

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a Lansing Overnight Caregiver in Lansing, MI, is generally on the lower end of industry standards for similar roles. According to various salary benchmarks and job postings, caregiver wages in the Midwestern U.S. typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the job. While the offered rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller agencies, it may not fully reflect the responsibilities and challenges associated with overnight caregiving, particularly when caring for individuals with complex needs or requiring specialized care. Therefore, while the rate is within a reasonable range, it may not attract experienced caregivers seeking better compensation for their skills and services.
