Job Title: Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant
Company: The Oaks at Jamestown
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $14.41 – 16.96 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.41 to $16.96 for a Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive, depending on the specific context and employer. As of late 2023, average hourly wages for similar roles in the region typically range from $12 to $18, suggesting that this pay range falls within the expected industry standards. Factors such as experience, specific job responsibilities, and the employer’s own pay structure can influence wage competitiveness; however, given the local cost of living and staffing demand in the healthcare and hospitality sectors, this rate is generally in line with what many employers offer for this type of role.
