Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time 3rd Shift

Company: Cedarbrook Senior Living

Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $19 for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position on a full-time 3rd shift in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is generally considered competitive, though it can vary based on experience and specific employer. As of 2023, CNAs in Michigan typically earn between $15 and $22 per hour, depending on factors such as location, demand, and the specific healthcare facility. Given that Bloomfield Hills is a more affluent area, wages may lean towards the higher end of the spectrum. While $19/hour is on the lower side for seasoned CNAs or those in facilities offering premium pay for night shifts, it still aligns reasonably well with the overall state average, making it a viable option, particularly for entry-level candidates or those recently certified.
