Pay Range: $56,650 – $64,375 annually

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of a Qdoba restaurant. Utilizing sound judgement in daily management decisions, this role requires a commitment to embodying the Brand values and fostering brand success. The emphasis is on cultivating a people- and guest-centric culture that consistently delivers exceptional guest service and food quality, while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the delivery of fast, accurate service while providing exemplary customer service; model restaurant hospitality by promptly addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints to achieve positive resolutions and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance; ensure the effective implementation and adherence to training systems.
  • Strive to meet or exceed store sales goals versus budget, including active participation in marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive catering sales growth.
  • Train, monitor, and reinforce adherence to food safety standards.
  • Partner with the leadership team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Oversee management of food and labor costs.
  • Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor food inventory levels, placing orders as necessary.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Encourage employee development and retention to reduce turnover.
  • Focus on long-term sales growth initiatives aimed at driving profitability.
  • Oversee the hiring lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, and training of new staff.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Continuously improve quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Identify and cultivate internal candidates for management and Shift Lead roles.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To remain compliant with state and federal laws, candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Exceptional skills in prioritization, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities; highly organized and motivated.
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical conduct.

Physical Requirements:
