Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will play a vital role by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management while demonstrating exceptional customer communication skills. Your key responsibilities will include managing inbound sales calls, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and providing prompt assistance to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and answering questions.

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by effectively resolving concerns, issues, and disputes to meet customer expectations, adhering to customer communication protocols.
  • Manage all Rental sales and oversee the sales process for incoming calls and outbound solicitations, with the goal of increasing leads and acquiring new customers.
  • Oversee rental truck inventory levels in coordination with Maintenance and Asset Management to satisfy customer demands.
  • Enhance workflow management through effective scheduling and planning for improved productivity.
  • Generate purchase and repair orders, ensuring meticulous maintenance of associated files.
  • Assist in parts management to promote cost containment through careful inventory planning and warranty services.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.
